During my stay, I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and friendliness of the staff. The hotel boasts a clean pool area, yet it could use better towel supply. Conveniently located near shops and dining, I appreciated the spacious rooms. While the breakfast offerings could be improved, I found my short visit quite enjoyable.

The king room was comfortable with a nice bathroom featuring good amenities. The staff was accommodating, allowing me to check out a few minutes late without any issues.

I had a pretty decent stay overall. The pool was a hit, and the breakfast spread was much better than I expected. The bed was surprisingly comfortable too! However, I was slightly disappointed that the hot tub was closed during my visit.

We had a fantastic time visiting the Columbus Zoo, just a short drive away, where we were thrilled to see so many stunning animals. The location is perfect, with plenty of dining spots for our large family, including our three dogs!

My kids wished there were more pet-friendly areas to enjoy throughout the hotel. A designated space for families with dogs would really enhance the experience.

The breakfast was good with plenty of food and drinks coffee tea orange juice. I liked how the lobby had a constant supply of infused water and cookies that were fresh after five but it felt like they were missing someone to keep everything stocked at breakfast.

The price wasn't cheap but it was still acceptable given the circumstances.
